PICU Portal Access Guide

Authentication

Activating Your Account

  1. Once you receive an email from support@appcatalyst.com, click the Accept Invitation link within the email to open the Accept Invitation page in your browser.

  2. Press the ACCEPT INVITE button in the center of the screen to accept your invitation.

  3. After accepting the invitation, you must set your password. Please enter your password (and save it somewhere safe for future reference). Once this is complete, you’ll get confirmation that your password has been set.

The password must be at least 6 characters long and must contain at least one uppercase letter, a number and a special character (such as !, @, #, $, etc.).

Logging into the Portal

  1. To log into the PICU Drug Dosing Guide Portal, go to https://picu.appcatalyst.com/1/login and click on LOGIN.

  2. At the Login Screen, type your Username and Password, the click LOGIN.

  3. Select your Organization. This screen will display a list of organizations that the user has been authorized to access. In most cases, only one organization will be listed. In this scenario, we will select Saint Louis Children’s Hospital.

  4. Once the Organization has been selected, you are ready to Get Started.

Resetting Your Password

  1. To reset your password, go to https://auth-cms.appcatalyst.com/1/forgot-password. Add your email associated with the account and click the Request Reset button.

  2. Once you receive an email from support@appcatalyst.com, click the "Reset your password" button within the email to open the Set Password page in your browser.

  3. Type and Confirm your new password and click the "Set Password" button. The password must be at least 6 characters long and must contain at least one uppercase letter, a number and a special character.

  4. A confirmation screen will display that your password has been set. Once your password has been reset, go to the PICU Drug Dosing Guide Portal at: https://picu.appcatalyst.com/1/login
